4. Ceviches




Ceviche Mio

Fresh white fish or Shrimp marinated in lime , grapefruit and lemon juice. Mixed with red onions, cilantro, cucumber a touch of chili and Clamato.



Ceviche 24

Shrimp tossed in citrus juices, with mango, avocado, and a dash of garlic chili oil for a sweet and spicy kick.



Ceviche Truffle

Ahi tuna marinated with soy sauce, lime, sesame oil, and topped with avocado and crispy shallots drizzled with white truffle oil.



Ceviche Verde

Shrimp or Fish marinated in lime juice tossed in a serrano cilantro sauce, with fresh diced tomato , red onion , cucumber.
